Laberis’s book is from O’Reilly. O’Reilly books are available at GWU online at O’Reilly Online Learning. You may need to go via this link to login via GWU before you can get access to the book. I have a Chrome browser where I have a profile for GWU which is logged in to GWU and found that the link works directly there.
Rittinghouse’s book is also available for free to GWU people; you may have to log in to your GWU account from this link for access.
